2. Purpose
Sale of digital content (video courses, programmes), subscriptions, and related services for coaching and arm wrestling practice.
3. Offers
Essential characteristics and the price including or excluding VAT (as displayed) are shown on the checkout page before confirmation. The free plan does not constitute a sale within the meaning of these terms.
4. Customer account
Access to paid content may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your login credentials.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in euros, as displayed at the time of order. Payment is made online via Stripe or any other secure provider. Armlab does not store your full bank card number.
EU VAT number: not disclosed at this time. Documents will be updated if the tax regime changes.
6. Order
The order is binding after validation of the summary, acceptance of the displayed terms, and payment confirmation. Check your cart before paying.
7. Digital content
Courses and content are provided without physical media. Access may be granted immediately after payment.
If you request immediate access and expressly waive the withdrawal period (checkbox at purchase), performance begins without delay and you may no longer withdraw once download or access to the content has started (Art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
8. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw, except where legal exceptions apply to digital content supplied immediately with their express agreement.
9. Availability and proof
We use reasonable means to provide access to purchased content. Order confirmations and technical logs may be retained as proof.
10. Licence of use
Personal use only. Any reproduction, resale, sharing, or public distribution of content is prohibited without prior written authorization.
11. Legal conformity guarantee
You benefit from the legal conformity guarantee for digital content. In case of defect, contact us at contact@armlab.fr.
12. Sports liability
Training content is educational. It does not replace medical advice. You remain responsible for adapting exercises to your level and state of health.
